Who's behind it

One founder, building in the open.

ctx7 isn't a faceless platform with a support queue and a pivot waiting to happen. It's built and run by one developer, in the open, and the whole thing opens for you to read soon.

The founder

Marinus Klasen.

I'm an independent developer from the Netherlands, and I've built for the web for over a decade — much of it WordPress and WooCommerce work for agencies and their clients through Codeable, where every project is code-reviewed and client-rated. Plugin development, performance work, rescues of sites other people gave up on.

I made ctx7 because I wanted my own AI working on real client projects, on a machine I control, without handing my code or my clients' data to someone else's cloud. That thing didn't exist, so I built it. And I'm building it in the open.

Why trust it

Why you can hand it real client work.

Trust shouldn't rest on me being a nice person. It rests on the fact that you never have to depend on me to keep your work alive.

Your work never depends on me

Your code and data live on your own machine. Close your account, or if I vanished tomorrow, your apps keep running. The hosted side only holds your name, your web address, and the cert plumbing for it.

No lock-in, by design

One command exports any project, code, database, and uploads, into an archive that runs on any Docker host. You can walk away with everything, any time.

Early access

Want your AI on a machine you own?

ctx7 is in early testing, opening in waves. Leave your email and I'll bring you in.

No spam, and we never share your address.
